I like building systems that make completely different pieces of hardware cooperate: servers talking to laptops, tiny Raspberry Pis bridging networks, local language models turning human commands into structured actions, and theatre gear receiving commands from software it was never emotionally prepared to meet.
Most things here start as a tiny experiment. Then they get a hostname, a WireGuard address, a service file, a dashboard, and somehow become permanent infrastructure.
tip: use open network for the fleet map, open projects for the project archive, or clearwindows when relOS inevitably becomes desktop archaeology.

Standardized read-only node status APIs and added an Archer-side fleet aggregator so relOS can monitor the major machines without exposing WireGuard addresses to the public browser.
Expanded the VLC color slicer from vertical bands into horizontal bands and full pixel grids, building on the color/brightness separation and multi-window preview tools.
Built previews for source video, raw color, grayscale brightness, and reconstructed lighting output. The path from movie frame to fixture data is now much less theoretical.
Moved expensive media preprocessing onto Tera-Bench, then hand the finished result to Archer for hosting and later HDD archival. Apparently even uploading a video needed an architecture diagram.
iond + ionctl can drive the Ion XE over OSC. Added local voice/agent experiments, structured JSON actions, status reading, and temporary web controls for fixtures.
Archer, Hermes, Vulcan, Tera-Bench, Relay, and the rest stopped looking like unrelated machines and started behaving like one weird distributed toolchain.
